1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between SAIF Medical Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”, “Administration”) and any person using the website https://www.saif-optima.uz/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “User”).

By using the Website, the User confirms that they fully accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Website.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • Website Administration — SAIF Medical Group, which independently determines the procedure for using the Website, including the posting of information on it.
  • User — an individual with the necessary legal capacity who accesses the Website and performs actions indicating acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
  • Website — a collection of pages, services, and electronic content available at https://www.saif-optima.uz/, including software, databases, and design elements.
  • Website Services — the functionality of the Website that allows the User to receive and send information: online appointment booking, a feedback form, and a callback request form.
  • Electronic content — texts, images, the logo, photographs, video materials, and other objects posted on the Website that make up its content.
  • Cookies — small text files that the Website server writes to the User’s browser.
  • Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement by starting to use the Website and/or filling out the forms posted on it.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the Website, including:

  • The procedure for accessing information and materials posted on the Website
  • Rules for using online appointment booking services
  • Rules for using feedback forms
  • Terms for posting and using Website content
  • Liability of the Parties

4. Description of Website services

The Website provides Users with the following features:

  • Access to information about the Clinic’s medical services, areas of care (ophthalmology, maxillofacial surgery, dentistry, aesthetic medicine, pediatric medicine), specialists, and prices
  • Online appointment booking with specialists via the Website form
  • Submitting requests and questions via the feedback form
  • Receiving information about medical tourism programs
  • Access to the Clinic’s news and articles

The information posted on the Website is for informational and reference purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. The exact terms of medical services are determined by the agreement concluded directly at the Clinic.

5. Rights and obligations of the User

5.1. The User has the right to:

  • To use the Website freely and free of charge to access information
  • To book appointments online via the Website form
  • To contact the Clinic via the feedback form
  • To receive accurate information about services and specialists

5.2. The User undertakes to:

  • To provide accurate personal data when filling out forms on the Website
  • Not to use the Website for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Not to take actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Website
  • Not to copy, distribute, or modify the Website content without the written consent of the Administration
  • To comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy

5.3. When using the Website, the User is prohibited from:

  • Misleading the Administration about their identity when filling out forms on the Website
  • Sending, via the Website forms, information that is illegal, offensive, or defamatory, or that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
  • Posting knowingly false reviews or information about medical services
  • Using viruses, malware, or other means capable of disrupting the operation of the Website
  • Using automated scripts and programs to collect data from the Website without the prior written permission of the Administration
  • Attempting to gain access to restricted sections of the Website in any way other than that provided by its interface

Violation of the above conditions may result in restriction or termination of the User’s access to the Website and its services.

6. Rights and obligations of the Administration

6.1. The Administration has the right to:

  • To change the content, structure, and design of the Website at any time without prior notice to Users
  • To suspend the operation of the Website for scheduled maintenance for up to 48 hours, notifying Users by posting information on the Website at least 24 hours before the work begins; in the case of unscheduled (emergency) work, notification is sent immediately
  • To reject appointment requests submitted with false or inaccurate data
  • To restrict the User’s access to the Website if the User violates the terms of clause 5.3 of this Agreement
  • To make changes to this Agreement

6.2. The Administration undertakes to:

  • To ensure that the Website is available around the clock, except during maintenance periods
  • To process appointment requests and User inquiries within the established timeframes
  • To ensure the protection of Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
  • To publish up-to-date information about medical services and specialists
  • To use an SSL certificate for a secure (HTTPS) connection between the Website and the User’s browser

7. Procedure for Appointment Booking

When filling out the online appointment form, the User provides their name and phone number and selects the doctor’s specialty. The appointment is confirmed by a Clinic staff member via a return phone call.

Online booking via the Website does not constitute a contract for the provision of medical services. The contract is concluded directly upon the patient’s visit to the Clinic.

The Administration reserves the right to refuse an appointment or reschedule it for objective reasons, notifying the User in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The domain name, logo, design elements, texts, images, photographs, video materials, databases, and other items posted on the Website (hereinafter referred to as “electronic content”) are the intellectual property of SAIF Medical Group or are used on legal grounds.

Copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use of the Website’s electronic content without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited, except for viewing and printing materials solely for personal non-commercial use, and may entail liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Limitation of Liability

The information on the Website is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee that the Website will be available continuously and without errors.

The Administration is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, interruptions in the Website’s operation, and data loss
  • Actions of third parties who gained access to the User’s data due to the User’s own fault
  • Decisions made by the User based on information posted on the Website
  • The content of external websites linked from the Website

The information on the Website does not replace an in-person consultation with a doctor. For diagnosis and treatment, it is necessary to visit the Clinic in person.

10. User Inquiries

The User has the right to send inquiries to the Administration on matters related to the use of the Website and its services in writing to the email address info@saif-optima.uz or by phone at +998 (71) 200 22 20. Inquiries received are reviewed within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The Administration has the right not to consider repeated inquiries on a matter to which the User has already been given an answer, as well as inquiries containing insults or false information.

11. Terms of Medical Tourism

The medical tourism programs presented on the Website include the arrangement of transfers, accommodation at IRIS HOTEL, medical services, and patient support. The specific terms of each program are determined individually and set out in a separate agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall seek to resolve all disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be settled out of court, it shall be considered by the court at the location of the Clinic in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if it is caused by force majeure circumstances, the occurrence of which the parties could not foresee or prevent.

13. Amendment of the Agreement

The Administration has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms by the User.

14. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Website https://www.saif-optima.uz/, the User confirms that they have read this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, accept their terms in full, and consent to the processing of personal data.
