Отзыв согласия не влияет на законность обработки данных, произведённой до момента отзыва.

10. Ответственность за достоверность предоставленных данных

Клиника не проверяет достоверность персональных данных, предоставляемых Пользователем, и исходит из того, что Пользователь предоставляет достоверные и актуальные данные и самостоятельно поддерживает их в актуальном состоянии. Ответственность за предоставление неполных, неточных или устаревших данных несёт Пользователь.

11. Обработка данных несовершеннолетних

The Clinic provides medical services to children (SAIF KIDS division). The processing of minors’ personal data is carried out with the consent of their parents or legal guardians in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12. Медицинский туризм

Within medical tourism programs, we may process additional data: passport details, visa information, and accommodation details at IRIS HOTEL. These data are processed solely for the purpose of organizing travel, treatment, and accommodation.
