About the service
SAIF PROFACE is the only specialized maxillofacial surgery center in Uzbekistan that performs operations on every area of the face, from the simplest to unique ones. We help patients with injuries, congenital and acquired deformities, cysts and tumors of the face, jaws and neck, and also perform facial nerve reconstruction.
Every operation is planned using computed tomography and performed with a focus on preserving natural facial features. Our goal is to restore not only a correct bite, breathing and function, but also a harmonious appearance that helps the patient feel confident.

Process
How treatment works:
- Diagnostics: a consultation with the surgeon, computed tomography, an axiograph examination (a device that precisely determines jaw position and joint movement) and additional tests.
- Treatment plan: the surgeon explains the course of the surgery, possible options, and recovery time.
- Surgery: under general or local anesthesia, with cosmetic sutures.
- Recovery: monitoring by the surgeon, dressings, and follow-up exams until complete healing.

For pronounced skeletal abnormalities, orthognathic surgery is performed — an osteotomy of the upper or lower jaw. Treatment is usually carried out together with an orthodontist.
Many procedures are performed through the mouth, without skin incisions. If an external approach is necessary, the surgeon uses cosmetic sutures, which become barely noticeable over time.
It depends on the extent of the surgery: from a few days after minor procedures to several weeks after reconstructive surgery. The surgeon will give you specific recommendations and monitor you until complete healing.
