1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between SAIF Medical Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”, “Administration”) and any person using the website https://saif.kelyanmedia.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “User”).

By using the Website, the User confirms that they fully accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Website.

2. Термины и определения

  • Администрация Сайта — SAIF Medical Group, самостоятельно определяющая порядок использования Сайта, включая размещение на нём информации.
  • Пользователь — физическое лицо, обладающее необходимой дееспособностью, обращающееся к Сайту и совершающее действия, свидетельствующие о принятии условий настоящего Соглашения.
  • Сайт — совокупность страниц, сервисов и электронного контента, доступных по адресу https://saif.kelyanmedia.com, включая программное обеспечение, базы данных и элементы дизайна.
  • Сервисы Сайта — функциональные возможности Сайта, позволяющие Пользователю получать и отправлять информацию: онлайн-запись на приём, форма обратной связи, форма заказа обратного звонка.
  • Электронный контент — размещённые на Сайте тексты, изображения, логотип, фотографии, видеоматериалы и иные объекты, составляющие наполнение Сайта.
  • Cookies — небольшие текстовые файлы, которые сервер Сайта записывает в браузер Пользователя.
  • Акцепт — полное и безоговорочное принятие Пользователем условий настоящего Соглашения путём начала использования Сайта и (или) заполнения размещённых на нём форм.

3. Предмет Соглашения

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the Website, including:

  • The procedure for accessing information and materials posted on the Website
  • Rules for using online appointment booking services
  • Rules for using feedback forms
  • Terms for posting and using Website content
  • Liability of the Parties

4. Описание услуг Сайта

The Website provides Users with the following features:

  • Familiarization with information about the Clinic’s medical services, specialties (ophthalmology, maxillofacial surgery, dentistry, aesthetic medicine, pediatrics), specialists, and prices.
  • Online appointment booking with specialists via the Website form
  • Submitting requests and questions via the feedback form
  • Receiving information about medical tourism programs
  • Access to the Clinic’s news and articles

The information posted on the Website is for informational and reference purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. The exact terms of medical services are determined by the agreement concluded directly at the Clinic.

5. Права и обязанности Пользователя

5.1. Пользователь имеет право:

  • To freely and free of charge use the Website to access information.
  • To make online appointments via the Website form.
  • To contact the Clinic via the feedback form.
  • To receive accurate information about services and specialists.

5.2. Пользователь обязуется:

  • To provide accurate personal data when filling out forms on the Website.
  • Not to use the Website for purposes that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Not to take any actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Website.
  • Not to copy, distribute, or modify the Website content without the written consent of the Administration.
  • To comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

5.3. При использовании Сайта Пользователю запрещается:

  • Вводить Администрацию в заблуждение относительно своей личности при заполнении форм на Сайте
  • Направлять через формы Сайта информацию, являющуюся незаконной, оскорбительной, клеветнической либо нарушающую права третьих лиц, включая права интеллектуальной собственности
  • Размещать заведомо недостоверные отзывы или сведения о медицинских услугах
  • Использовать вирусы, вредоносное программное обеспечение или иные средства, способные нарушить работу Сайта
  • Использовать автоматизированные скрипты и программы для сбора данных с Сайта без предварительного письменного разрешения Администрации
  • Предпринимать попытки получить доступ к закрытым разделам Сайта способом, отличным от предусмотренного его интерфейсом

Нарушение перечисленных условий может повлечь ограничение или прекращение доступа Пользователя к Сайту и его сервисам.

6. Права и обязанности Администрации

6.1. Администрация имеет право:

  • To change the content, structure, and design of the Website at any time without prior notice to Users.
  • Приостанавливать работу Сайта для проведения планового технического обслуживания на срок до 48 часов, уведомив об этом Пользователей путём размещения информации на Сайте не менее чем за 24 часа до начала работ; при внеплановых (аварийных) работах уведомление направляется незамедлительно
  • To reject appointment requests submitted with false or inaccurate data.
  • Ограничивать доступ Пользователя к Сайту в случае нарушения им условий пункта 5.3 настоящего Соглашения
  • To make changes to this Agreement.

6.2. Администрация обязуется:

  • To ensure the Website is available 24/7, except during maintenance periods.
  • To process appointment requests and User inquiries within the established timeframes.
  • To ensure the protection of Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • To publish up-to-date information about medical services and specialists.
  • Использовать SSL-сертификат для защищённого (HTTPS) соединения между Сайтом и браузером Пользователя

7. Порядок записи на приём

When filling out the online appointment form, the User provides their name, phone number, and selects the doctor’s specialty. The appointment is confirmed by a Clinic staff member via a return phone call.

Online booking via the Website does not constitute a contract for the provision of medical services. The contract is concluded directly upon the patient’s visit to the Clinic.

The Administration reserves the right to refuse an appointment or reschedule it for objective reasons, notifying the User in advance.

8. Интеллектуальная собственность

Доменное имя, логотип, элементы дизайна, тексты, изображения, фотографии, видеоматериалы, базы данных и иные объекты, размещённые на Сайте (далее — «электронный контент»), являются интеллектуальной собственностью SAIF Medical Group или используются на законных основаниях.

Копирование, воспроизведение, распространение, переработка или иное использование электронного контента Сайта без письменного согласия Администрации запрещено, за исключением просмотра и распечатки материалов исключительно для личного некоммерческого использования, и может повлечь ответственность в соответствии с законодательством Республики Узбекистан.

9. Ограничение ответственности

The information on the Website is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee that the Website will be available continuously and without errors.

The Administration is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, interruptions in the Website’s operation, and data loss.
  • Actions of third parties who gained access to the User’s data due to the User’s own fault.
  • Decisions made by the User based on information posted on the Website.
  • The content of external websites linked from the Website.

The information on the Website does not replace an in-person consultation with a doctor. For diagnosis and treatment, it is necessary to visit the Clinic in person.

10. Обращения Пользователя

Пользователь вправе направлять Администрации обращения по вопросам, связанным с использованием Сайта и его сервисами, письменно на электронную почту info@saif-optima.uz или по телефону +998 (71) 200 22 20. Поступившие обращения рассматриваются в течение 10 календарных дней с даты получения.

Администрация вправе не рассматривать повторные обращения по вопросу, ответ на который уже был предоставлен Пользователю ранее, а также обращения, содержащие оскорбления или недостоверную информацию.

11. Условия медицинского туризма

The medical tourism programs presented on the Website include the arrangement of transfers, accommodation at IRIS HOTEL, medical services, and patient support. The specific terms of each program are determined individually and set out in a separate agreement.

12. Разрешение споров

All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If it is not possible to settle the dispute out of court, it shall be considered by the court at the location of the Clinic in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за полное или частичное неисполнение обязательств по настоящему Соглашению, если оно вызвано обстоятельствами непреодолимой силы, наступление которых стороны не могли предвидеть или предотвратить.

13. Изменение Соглашения

The Administration has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms by the User.

14. Согласие с условиями

By using the Website https://saif.kelyanmedia.com , the User confirms that they have read this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, fully accept their terms, and give consent to the processing of personal data.
