Khodjaev Dilshodkhuja Khamidullaevich

Doctor of Medical Sciences, oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon, and ocular prosthetics specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience.

In 1996, he graduated with honors from Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 1998, he completed a clinical residency in ophthalmology at the Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education under the supervision of Professor Kamilov Kh.M.

From 1998 to 2006, he worked at the Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he rose from staff physician to head of the ophthalmoplasty department.

He has completed internships and specialized training at leading ophthalmology centers in Russia, India, and Europe, including the All-Russian Center for Eye and Plastic Surgery “Alloplant”, the Helmholtz Research Institute of Eye Diseases, the MNTK “Eye Microsurgery”, the KORL clinic (Kazan), and Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital (India).

In 2006, he defended his Candidate of Medical Sciences dissertation on improving surgical methods for treating eyelid entropion. In 2026, he successfully defended his Doctor of Medical Sciences dissertation on “Rehabilitation of Patients with Anophthalmia”.

Author of more than 30 scientific publications, patents, and guidelines in the field of oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery.

He is a member of the European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ESOPRS) and regularly takes part in international congresses, conferences, and scientific and educational programs.

In his work, he combines many years of surgical experience, a scientific approach, and modern international treatment standards, paying special attention to the functional and aesthetic outcome for each patient.
