Nazarova Gulchekhra Kabildjanovna

Pediatric ophthalmologist of the highest qualification category with more than 30 years of work experience.

She graduated from the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in 1992 with a degree in “Pediatrics”. In 1994–1995, she completed an internship in pediatric ophthalmology at the Department of Eye Diseases of TashPMI.

From 1995 to 2008, she worked as an emergency duty doctor in the eye department of the City Clinical Children’s Hospital. From 2008 to 2018, she practiced at the Shifo Nur clinic. Since 2018, she has been working as a pediatric ophthalmologist at the Saif Optima Kids clinic.

Main areas of practice:

• Diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases in children

• Preventive check-ups for children of all ages

• Control and treatment of nearsightedness (myopia)

• Fitting of glasses and contact lenses

• Amblyopia (“lazy eye”)

• Strabismus and binocular vision disorders

She is proficient in modern methods of optical vision correction for children and adults, including fitting of orthokeratology, scleral and bifocal contact lenses.

Since 2008, she has held the highest qualification category as an ophthalmologist. She regularly takes part in professional conferences, seminars and educational programs, constantly improving her knowledge and skills in pediatric ophthalmology.

In her work, she pays particular attention to the early diagnosis of vision disorders, an individual approach and creating a comfortable atmosphere for young patients.
