The exact terms of medical services are determined by the agreement concluded directly at the Clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rights and Obligations of the User<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1. The User has the right to:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To freely and free of charge use the Website to access information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To make online appointments via the Website form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To contact the Clinic via the feedback form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To receive accurate information about services and specialists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2. The User undertakes to:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To provide accurate personal data when filling out forms on the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to use the Website for purposes that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to take any actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to copy, distribute, or modify the Website content without the written consent of the Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Rights and Obligations of the Administration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1. The Administration undertakes to:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To ensure the Website is available 24\/7, except during maintenance periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To process appointment requests and User inquiries within the established timeframes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure the protection of Users\u2019 personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To publish up-to-date information about medical services and specialists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Procedure for Appointment Booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When filling out the online appointment form, the User provides their name, phone number, and selects the doctor\u2019s specialty. The appointment is confirmed by a Clinic staff member via a return phone call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online booking via the Website does not constitute a contract for the provision of medical services. The contract is concluded directly upon the patient\u2019s visit to the Clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Administration reserves the right to refuse an appointment or reschedule it for objective reasons, notifying the User in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All materials posted on the Website, including texts, images, logos, photographs, video materials, graphic elements, and design, are the intellectual property of SAIF Medical Group or are used on a lawful basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using the Website materials without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited and may result in liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Terms of Medical Tourism<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The medical tourism programs presented on the Website include the arrangement of transfers, accommodation at IRIS HOTEL, medical services, and patient support. The specific terms of each program are determined individually and set out in a separate agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If it is not possible to settle the dispute out of court, it shall be considered by the court at the location of the Clinic in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Amendment of the Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Administration has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement.
